35th anniversary of dental instruments production

In November 1989, the product portfolio of the Chirana Stará Turá company was expanded to include the production of dental instruments, which were initially produced on the basis of a license agreement with KaVo Germany and launched under the brand "Satur". Since that moment, the dental instrument production program has undergone many changes and innovations, all with a clear goal: to provide superior products that improve the quality of dental care and contribute to the health and satisfaction of patients worldwide.

During the last years, we have focused on improving the performance, hygiene standard, autoclavability and lifetime of our dental instruments. The entire design of the handpieces is increasingly "cleaner" with a minimum of joints, which are always a potential source of contamination. Since 2024, all of our micromotor handpieces have been produced exclusively from 100% surgical steel with the aim of maximum hygiene of the materials used, as any surface modification, which is mostly used today in other products on the market, is always a source of the risk of leaching or elution of various substances from surface of the instrument into the patient's mouth.

Today's 35th anniversary gives us the opportunity to thank all our customers for their trust and cooperation. Together, we can and will continue our mission of bringing innovative and above all quality, sustainable solutions to the world of dentistry.
